Calendar rows start on the first day of your pay week. A red corner flags each payday. Pay periods are numbered from the first one that starts in January, and Month view shows a total for each pay week.

Holidays

Premium holidays get a gold ring on the calendar, and the totals count hours worked on them separately. Turn holidays and premium flags on or off from the Calendar toolbar.

Leave banks

Name each kind of time off you get, the balance you started the year with, how it builds up, and which day types use it. Two banks can share a day type (for example, one combined PTO bank used by both PTO and Sick days). The year follows the Year view setting on the Calendar tab. Balances use your actual edits.

Overtime & premium rules

Every hour worked starts at 1× (straight time). Rules are checked from top to bottom for each hour. At least raises the rate if it's lower, Add stacks on top of the current rate, and Set to replaces it. Tick Stop to skip every rule below once this one applies. For example, a field trip set to 1.75× with Stop never gets double time.
